Capital Reporting, Inc. is a full-service, locally-owned court reporting firm located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We have over 20 years experience servicing the legal community, with many long-term local and out-of-state clients. Our well-trained staff is ready to help you with your litigation support needs, including court reporting, videoconferencing, videography, case management, and more. We service the entire state of North Carolina through our state-wide network of reporters.

Currently our staff consists of 10 court reporters, four legal videographers and five scheduling, support and production specialists. We staff our office in Raleigh, North Carolina, during normal business hours and have an emergency contact system in place for after-hours communications.

Capital Reporting has extensive experience in a broad range of proceedings including depositions, hearings, examinations under oath, and courtroom trials. We have worked for the North Carolina Legislature, Senate and House, as well as the N.C. Judicial Standards Commission and the N.C. Office of Administrative Hearings. We also cover administrative hearings for several North Carolina licensing boards as well as North Carolina State University.
